The following types of Systems are available.
SINGLE STAGE ULTRASONIC CLEANING SYSTEM
METHOD

Appropriate liquid is poured in the tank for removing specific contamination. Heating if desired also incorporated. The job is loaded on jigs. Fixtures, Wire, Baskets or any other convenient method and immersed in tank for prescribed time. Single stage Ultrasonic Cleaning system is useful with Neutral or Alkaline liquid. Acidic solution to be used with special arrangements.

MULTI STAGE ULTRASONIC VAPOUR DEGREASING SYSTEM
Multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning system may contain following stage.
Water based ultrasonic tank.
Water based Swill tank.
Alkaline solution based ultrasonic tank.
Water based ultrasonic tank.
Water based Swill tank.
Vapour designing chamber.
Acidic Solution based ultrasonic tank.

ULTRASONIC 2 STAGE DEGREASERS.

This consists of two chambers such as ultrasonic chamber and vapour degreasing chambers. Degreasing solvent is poured in both the chambers and electrically heated. The temperature is arrested by thermostats. The job is loaded on basket of fixture and immersed in ultrasonic chamber for ultrasonic cleaning and then transferred to vapour degreasing chamber.

ULTRASONIC 3 STAGE DEGREASERS.

When degree to contamination is more and heavy production is desired, third chamber as pre-cleaning chamber is necessary. The degreasing solvent remains same for all the three chambers. Solvent is electrically heated. The job is loaded on baskets or future and immersed in pre-cleaning chamber first and subsequently in other two chambers.

   
TRICHLOROETHYLENE METAL DEGREASING PLANT

The equipment consists of HEATING ZONE, VAPOUR ZONE, AND CONDESING ZONE.
The main tank is fabricated from M.S. Plate, and is metallized with metal zinc inside, the outside surface of heating zone, and vapour zone is insulated with insulating materials covered with M.S. Sheets.
The heating zone is provided with bottom heaters to transfer the heat efficiently.
A quick opening main hole is provided at the bottom lid with drain valve.
The condensing zone is provided with water-cooling coils made of copper pipes with inlet. A water cooling Jacket is also provided on the outside to get the efficient condensation of the vapour. A condensate collecting trough is provided to catch the condensate, and deliver the same to the water separator.

A water separator is provided to separate the water from the condensed solvent and to return the pure solvent to the heating zone. A separate valve is provided to collect the condensate outside, when the solvent is distilled.
A control panel is provided consisting of automatic thermostatic controls for heating zone as well as OFF the whole plant.
A control panel consists of magnetic contactor, isolator with fuses main indicating lamps and complete with internal wiring. The electric supply is required of 400- 440 volts, 3 phase A.C. supply.
All the interconnecting piping, valve, etc. are provided. A lid is provided to cover up the top, when the plant is idle.
EXHAUST SYSTEM CONSISTS OF � M.S. double ducting, M.S. condensing chamber with Exhaust fan can be provided at an extra cost.
