Hull-Cell provides a simple
and rapid method of visually testing the
quality of Electroplated deposits and of
determining the effects of different variables
over a wide current density range, temperature,
bath composition, addition to the Plating
solution or of purification treatment etc.,
The Apparatus consists of:
1) Perspex Chamber of 267 ml. Capacity.
2) Air Agitation pipe with Air Bubbler.
3) Built - in heater with Thermostat Controls.
4) DC supply by Lab Rectifier.
5) Polished M.S./ Brass Test Panels.
6) Anode pieces of Electrolyte.
7) Timer 0/60 Minutes (Manual)- (Optional).

b) PVC Hull cell use with Chrome Solutions.

SALT
SPRAY APPARATUS |

In the Salt Spray Apparatus
Chamber articles are exposed to a mist of
salt saturated air produced by spraying
common salt solution into a closed cabinet.
The articles are positioned so that they
are exposed to the mist produced.
The Apparatus consists of:
1)An acrylic mist chambers that’s non-corroding.
2)A compressor for compressed air supply
to chamber.
3)Atomizing nozzles for mist formation.
4)A specimen supporter.
5)Heater with temperature controller. (optional)

Models where main Chamber is made from PVC/PP are
also available.
To conform with ASTM B 117, models where the Salt
Solution container is outside of Spray Chamber are

SULPHATE
ESTIMATION KIT FOR CHROME |
 |
The presence of an acid
radical such as sulphates in a Chromium
Solution is a basic requirement, which makes
deposition of Chromium possible. Sulphates
act only as a Catalyst and are not consumed
in the reaction. However, a loss is encountered
due to drag out of solution, and throwing
power is critically affected.
The Sulphate estimation kit provides the
quickest and simplest method for estimation
and control of Sulphates with accurate results.
The kit is easy to operate. Directions are
easy to follow. Solutions are clearly indicated.
The Kit, as illustrated, is complete with:

Digital pH Meter is a simple
direct Indication Instrument, which measures
pH. pH is an important measurement in Electroplating
We offer:
Laboratory pH Meter:-
This is Table Top model with pH Electrode,
Stand etc and 3.1/2” Digit Display. Resolution
is 0.01.
Portable pH Meter:-
This is a pocket model with 0.1 Resolution
and lower accuracy, but with convenient
handling as it has built in electrode. Measurement
is possible in process itself.

meter is for electroplating battery forming,

Unit has facility to select either AMPERE-HOUR
or AMPERE-MINUTE mode of operation, which enables
user to obtain high resolution in low current
applications. Input 230 V AC 6 Watts, 4 to 6 digit
LED display.
Available with or without PRESET programming facility
through 4 to 6 digit thumb-wheel on front panel.
Audio or Visual alarm can also be provided.
Accuracy: Better than 1% Battery Back Up: Single
9V dry cell for storing count in the event of
power failure.
OPTIONAL FEATURE: Totalising facility
with two displays, one for job count another for
total count can also be provided.

It works on coulometric principle. It can
measure thickness on flat or curved surface.
It determines thickness of coating on metallic
(magnetic) or non-magnetic base.

Accuracy : ± 2%
